Mr Penman is a Consultant Gynaecologist who
provides private gynaecology and pregnancy scanning services.
He specialises in the treatment of heavy periods, PCOS, pelvic pain due to endometriosis or adhesions, treatment of infertility and the investigation and management of recurrent miscarriage.
As a specialist in Fetal Medicine he provides a comprehensive pregnancy scanning service using modern equipment producing 3d and 4d scan images.
Services
Ultrasound scans tell us a great deal about your baby. At both the Spire Alexandra Hospital and the Kings Hill Medical Centre Mr Penman provides a comprehensive ante-natal diagnostic service using state of the art ultrasound equipment (GE Voluson 730 4d/3d scan machine) capable of producing 2D, 3D and 4D images of your baby.
The primary purpose of any scan is to assess the wellbeing of your baby but every effort is always made to obtain good pictures for you to take away. Both 2D, 3D and 4D (real time moving 3D images) scanning is performed at all scans after 10 weeks. There is no additional charge for 3D and 4D scanning. At the end of any scan, you will be provided with a formal report of the scan findings which will be fully explained to you.
